Welcome to My Psychotherapy Practice

Good therapy helps you connect more deeply with what matters to you in your life. Feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed can signal a need for change. My role is to help you decode these signals by creating a safe, collaborative space where we can step back from everyday life, make sense of what you are experiencing without judgment, and help you find greater freedom in however you choose to move forward.
In addition to my private practice, I am Assistant Director for Psychotherapy Innovation at Mass General’s outpatient substance use treatment program and hold a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School.
I have extensive clinical training and experience working with a wide range of concerns, with particular expertise in substance use and/or trauma/PTSD.
My approach is person-centered, and I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches based on your unique needs, goals, and preferences. The approaches I most often draw from include:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Approaches
Psychodynamic Therapy
Harm-Reduction Psychotherapy
Twelve-Step Facilitation
